Our master kiln technician, Alex Kachenko, has years of experience repairing and maintaining kilns and other pottery equipment. We service all brands, including L&L, Skutt, Brent, Shimpo, Paragon, Evenheat, Bailey, ConeArt, and many others. We can perform any kiln repair or adjustment, from simple diagnostics, to element replacement, soft brick repair, and even voltage/phase changes.
