We're thrilled to host your next private event!

Yay Clay! can host between 8 to 24 people in a 2.5-hour private event. We offer a group rate of $50 per person during the week and $65 per person Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All private events include an 18% gratuity. The price covers instruction, all clay, glazes, materials, and kiln firings.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the studio.

During our group events, our instructors will walk your team through every step of making a vessel on the pottery wheel. The pieces stay in the studio while we dry, fire, glaze and fire them again over the course of three weeks. All pottery is oven, dishwasher, microwave, and food safe. We are a BYOB studio. During group events, you are welcome to bring food or snacks. We have great music, a free arcade, party lighting, a projector, tons of free parking, and plenty of handmade artwork to check out. Our classes are truly a unique experience and we would love to host your group.

I organized a team event for my company at Yay Clay! and we had an amazing experience. We had 15+ people and everyone had a blast. Alex was super easy to work with to set the whole thing up -- We had the space reserved to ourselves, ordered great Mexican food from a local spot Alex recommended and brought wine and beer. Keith and Alex created a great atmosphere, so we had a good time while learning how to make some awesome pottery. Most of us were complete beginners and they made the process accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Definitely a unique and fun team-building event, and I'm planning to come back with non-work friends.

This place is so cool! We have a monthly girls' day out, and this was my choice. We booked a private party for 10 people and had the studio to ourselves. You can bring food and drinks, or have it catered. Our host/teacher Patrick was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention super skilled! Our experience at Yay Clay was great! I highly recommend this place for anyone really. It's a relaxing environment where you make a real piece of art from scratch. Starting with a ball of clay that you work into whatever you choose to make on a clay wheel, using water, your hands and a sponge basically. You are also able to add texture to your piece using a variety of tools. I can't wait to go again!

Thank you for a wonderful evening at Yay Clay! Our team had such a great time. From a team-building perspective, it’s hard to find something that everyone will enjoy and be good at. You guys offered the perfect balance of instruction and support, enabling everyone to be successful and create a piece they could be proud of. Your space and setup allowed the team to be creative and build a piece, while also still socializing, goofing off, and connecting. It was great. They all have commented on what a great time it was.
