Yay Clay! Started in 2008 with two pottery wheels and two passions: clay and teaching. Today we support a dozen professional artists and teach over a hundred students each week. Our studio has evolved into a collaborative, unique, and inclusive experience for first-time visitors and members alike.
Yay Clay! is in the heart of the art community of Port Richmond. You can find us in ‘The Loom South’ building, where all your creative energy can run free. The Loom is host to the largest collection of artisans in The City of Brotherly Love. Yay Clay! is a proud part of a community that is committed to keeping the artistic legacy in Port Richmond alive. YAY CLAY! Has a dedicated parking section, so there is no need to street park.
Our amazing teachers will help you create beautiful pieces.
All are welcome, regardless of sexuality, background, money or education.
We have a arcade room, swinging hammocks, and ball chairs. Our space is created for clients’ comfort.
