Text Messaging (SMS)

If you choose to receive text messages from Yay Clay Philadelphia, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for: booking and pickup texts for customers, and schedule and studio texts for staff. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Saying no to texts never affects your booking. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Google User Data

If you connect a Google account to Yay Clay, for example to sign in or to sync your calendar, we use the data we receive from Google only to provide those features. Yay Clay’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our service providers may store and process your information outside Pennsylvania, including in other states or countries, where privacy laws may differ. We use providers that protect your information in line with this policy.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and keep records of your bookings and payments, and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We then delete it or make it anonymous.

Children

Our website and online booking are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children may attend classes booked by a parent or guardian. Some events, such as Wine & Clay, are 21+. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites, including the scheduling page operated by our booking provider. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
